Your local Health and Social Care Trust arranges care. This may include talking therapy, depending on your needs.

AWARE NI offers peer support for adults with low mood, anxiety, depression or bipolar disorder. Groups meet online and in person. You can join without a referral.

What it costs

AWARE NI groups are free for people aged 18 or over. Use its group finder to check local options.

Private therapists set their own fees. Ask what each session costs before you agree to start.
