Health and Social Care runs Healthy Minds, a free short term therapy service. Guernsey Mind offers peer support and drop ins for adults.
Alderney has a visiting mental health nurse and the Mignot Memorial Hospital. Sark has no dedicated service, so residents use Guernsey's.
What it costs
GP appointments in Guernsey are private, and each practice sets its own fee. Healthy Minds is free through self referral or your GP. Guernsey Mind's peer support and drop ins are also free.
