What it costs
Jersey subsidises each GP visit, so most appointments cost less than the full private fee. Jersey Talking Therapies is free for residents aged 18 and over. The Listening Lounge is also free, with no booking needed.
How ViaCara helps in Jersey
An online session is a video or phone call at a time you choose. You do not need to travel, and you can change practitioner if the fit is wrong.
The Jersey Crisis Resources page lists people you can talk to at any hour.
