Open 24 hours a day for mental health emergencies; dial 999 or 112 for an ambulance. On Alderney, the Mignot Memorial Hospital covers emergencies direct on 01481 824415.

Free short term therapy for adults with anxiety or depression, run by Health and Social Care; self refer online or through your GP. Not for immediate risk.

Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm

Local mental health charity for adults aged 18 and over, offering free supported self help, peer support groups and drop ins. An office line, not a crisis line.

Mon to Fri, 9am to 4pm

If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, please reach out to one of the services listed above. They are free, confidential and staffed by trained professionals who want to help.

You do not need to be in immediate danger to call. If something feels wrong, that is reason enough.
