AWARE NI offers peer support for adults with low mood, anxiety, depression or bipolar disorder. It has a Belfast office and groups across Northern Ireland. Online groups are also available.

What it costs

AWARE NI groups are free for people aged 18 or over. You can join without a referral. Check its group finder for current options.

Private therapists set their own fees. Ask about the session price before you book.
