Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service offers NHS talking therapies for people aged 17 or over. You need to live in Leeds and have a Leeds GP.

You can refer yourself online or by phone. Some group classes accept direct bookings without a referral or assessment.

Peer Support Plus runs weekly groups online and in Leeds. Adults who live, work or study in Leeds Metropolitan District can apply. Contact the charity to book an introductory workshop before joining a group.
