You can refer yourself online or by phone. Support includes help with anxiety, depression and low mood.

Changes Bristol offers peer groups for adults aged 18 or over, in Bristol and online. You do not need a referral or diagnosis. Register first to join an online group.

Vita NHS talking therapies are free. Changes Bristol peer groups are also free.

Private therapists set their own prices. Ask about reduced fees and cancellation charges before booking your first session.
