[SilverCloud](https://ctmuhb.nhs.wales/services/mental-health/silver-cloud/) offers online self-help for people in Wales with mild to moderate anxiety, depression or stress. You can sign up without a GP referral if you are aged 16 or over.

If you want to explore other support, speak with your GP about local services.

[Side by Side](https://sidebyside.mind.org.uk/faqs/) is an online peer support community for adults in Wales and England.

[Local Minds](https://www.mind.org.uk/about-us/mind-cymru-mind-in-wales/local-minds-in-wales/) also offer support, with services and access rules that depend on your postcode.

## What it *costs*

SilverCloud is free. [Side by Side is free too](https://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/side-by-side-our-online-community/frequently-asked-questions-about-side-by-side/). Ask your local Mind which services it offers and whether they have a charge.

Private therapists set their own fees. You can ask about reduced fees before booking.
