[Thrive Welcome Teams](https://ithriveedinburgh.org.uk/thrive-welcome-teams/) help adults in Edinburgh find mental health support. You can attend your local drop-in or ask your GP for a referral. Your GP surgery determines which team covers you.

The teams see people aged 18 or over. They can help with coping skills and access to counselling or other services.

[Health in Mind](https://health-in-mind.org.uk/news/edinburgh-depression-and-anxiety-support-groups/) runs peer support groups for adults with anxiety, low mood or depression. Groups meet online and in person. Both options require an Edinburgh postcode.
