[Birmingham Healthy Minds](https://www.bsmhft.nhs.uk/our-services/birmingham-healthy-minds/) offers NHS help for low mood and anxiety. You can refer yourself if you are aged 16 or over and have a Birmingham GP.

[Birmingham Mind wellbeing hubs](https://www.birminghammentalhealth.org.uk/referral/) offer peer support, courses and activities in Birmingham and Solihull. Adults over 18 can apply.

The hubs support people with long-term or severe mental health needs. They also help people who receive care from a mental health team.

You need to fill in a form first. Check the website to see if the hubs can help you.

## What it *costs*

Birmingham Healthy Minds is free. The wellbeing hubs also provide free support for adults who meet their access rules.

Each private therapist sets a fee. Ask what each session costs and whether a lower fee is available.
