> ViaCara helps people in the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands find a therapist, counsellor, coach or hypnotherapist who fits what they are going through. It also publishes free guides to mental health support and crisis resources.

What is true today:

- ViaCara is free for people looking for support.
- ViaCara is not taking on new clients at the moment. The public pages are guides, explanations and crisis resources.
- Someone who wants to know when ViaCara opens can join our email updates from the home page, with an email address alone. The address is used to tell them what happens next, and it is not shared with anyone we introduce them to.
- Professionals join a waitlist: https://viacara.com/app/join
- A professional's first two introductions are free. After that a charge follows a confirmed booking, never an enquiry.
- ViaCara is not a crisis service and gives no clinical advice. In an emergency in the UK call 999.
