Included introductions do not roll over, and plans are billed in advance. On pay as you go, nothing is charged until a client confirms a booking with you. ## Launch questions **When will you launch in my city?** We open in-person introductions city by city, because they need enough professionals and clients in one area. Manchester is the first city. Other cities open in waves. Online introductions open across the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands at launch, wherever you are based. **Do you serve clients outside the UK?** Not yet. We are opening in the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands first. We will open another country only after we have checked what its law asks of us and of you. Until then, we do not recruit practitioners to serve clients there. **How is in-person different from online practice?** Online practice draws from clients across the country, so online introductions start as soon as we open in your country. In-person practice needs enough clients nearby who want to meet face to face, so it opens city by city. You can offer both, and we introduce each client in the way that fits them. ## Questions we are *asked* most **Do you take over my payments or scheduling?** No. ViaCara introduces clients to you. Scheduling, payments, session notes and records stay inside your practice. **When am I charged?** When a client confirms their first booking with you. Receiving, reading and declining introductions is free. If your plan has no introductions left, we tell you the price before you confirm your availability. **How is this different from a directory listing?** Directories let clients browse and pick. We pair each client with a small set of professionals after a conversation about what they need. Clients never see a list, and they prove their email before your full name is shown. You receive no new introductions while paused, and your existing clients are unaffected. **Which professional bodies do you accept?** BACP, UKCP, NCPS, BABCP, NCS, HCPC and BPS for therapists and psychologists. ICF for coaches, NCH for hypnotherapists, BANT for nutrition and CIMSPA for fitness professionals. We verify every registration before clients see it, and trainees join by invitation. **What do clients see about me?** Before they verify their email: your first name, broad availability and a short note on why you fit. After they verify: your full name, contact details and profile. We never show unverified registration numbers or anything from your private notes. **Do I need to change my tools?** No. We work alongside whatever you already use. Keep your calendar, your payment system and your records. **Do you pay for referrals or sell a higher place?** No. Every introduction is made by the same process for every professional.
