# ViaCara for clinics and group practices

Introductions to clients for each of your associates, paid per introduction, while your clinic keeps its own systems and its own terms.

Each of your associates can receive introductions to clients who fit how they work. Clients arrive having already described what they need. Your associate accepts the introductions that fit and declines the rest.

We are opening city by city, starting in Manchester and Stockport.

## What each associate *gets*

- **Introductions with context.** Each one carries what the client shared and why your associate fits.
- **A reminder for the client.** We email the client a reminder the day before each session booked through ViaCara.
- **A record of missed sessions.** At check-in, your associate can record that a client did not attend.

## What your clinic *keeps*

Payments, session notes and clinical records stay inside your practice. Your practice management system stays as it is. Each client pays your clinic or your associate at your own fee.

## How you *pay*

You pay per introduction, and only when a client books. Receiving, reading and declining introductions costs nothing. No one can pay for a higher place in a client's list.
