# ViaCara for charities

A named next step for the people your counselling charity cannot take on yet, at no cost to your charity and with no client data shared.

When your list is full, a person can still leave with a named next step. They have a conversation with us about what they need. We then introduce them to a few professionals who fit, and they choose who to contact.

We are opening city by city, starting in Manchester and Stockport.

## What it costs your *charity*

Sending a person to ViaCara costs your charity nothing. You share no client data with us. Each professional sets their own fee, and the person pays them directly.

## What the person *sees*

The person tells us what they need. That can include a language and how they want to work. Each introduction shows the professional and why they fit.

## What we are *building* with charities

These parts are planned, and the waitlist is how you hear when they open.

- **A start on your own site.** Your "we're full" page can carry the same conversation. The person may be introduced to professionals outside your charity, and you see nothing unless they choose your service.
- **Your service in their list.** If your service fits, it can be added at the end, marked as yours. Everyone else keeps their place.
- **Your counsellors on ViaCara.** Professionals who work for your charity can join under your charity, at a charity price.

We introduce people to professionals. Your clinical decisions and your records stay with your charity.
